Hong Kong is was pretty cool. although its 35˚C with 80% humidity every day and constantly raining. the beach was fun. there was a lot of garbage in the water though and the water is a bit dirty in general. the waves where big and constant. the water was also surprisingly warm and the sand soft and nice. the beach is good.
The mountain hike was not half bad either. it was really hot and it had just rained. the big buddah was also cool except we didn't get up close because it was closed till 10. and all the temples around it where closed or getting fixed. the path we walked was, i think, 5.5 km long and it was about 80% downhill. took about 2 hours. it would have been enjoyable if there wasn't spiders the size of fists every quarter mile that had webs at face level strung across the path. i dont like spiders that much so i didn't walk in the front and we had a stick to get rid of them. not all of them where on the path but if you didnt look where you were walking you would have walked into one and had it crawl on your arm and into your shirt and stuff. they where actually the size of fists no exaggeration there.
