here is Hiroe sitting on the antique baluch carpet I got in pakistan. It's about 100 years old and is ringed by six levels, the 7th level being heaven, thus the blue sky and the clouds in it. These are old motifs that occur throughout central asia. They are undoubatly of bhuddist origin...7 levels of heven, 7 levels of hell...
